Dear Harmonica Lovers,

in 2009 the World Harmonica Festival will take place in Trossigen for the sixth time and promises once again to be the meeting place for countless harmonica fans from all over the world. We are all looking forward to meeting old friends again and making new ones.

Recent years have clearly shown that the worldwide harmonica scene is in a state of continous development, as more and more people get to know and love our fantastic little instrument. The Fédération Internationale de l´Harmonica (FIH) and the harmonica worldmarket leader Hohner have helped make this happen, working in close cooperation with the town of Trossingen to present numerous events involving the harmonica and showcasing the enormous variety of musical possibilities which it offers.
